Craig Price Prevails in Rare Criminal Appeal Ruling

Craig Price prevailed in a decision handed down by Texas Court of Criminal Appeals on April 30, 2014. In a rare ruling favoring the defense, the Court upheld a decision by the court of appeals overturning the punishment of a defendant in Bruton v. Texas. Mr. Price argued, successfully, that evidence of an alleged prior conviction was not properly authenticated and could not be used to determine punishment.
