Brad E. Hogan has over ten years’ experience representing clients in their real estate and business law matters. Brad has represented individuals and companies in real estate transactions, leases, and loans involving both residential and commercial properties. His clients include large and small lenders, medium and small businesses, and individuals.
Virginia Hammerle has practiced real estate law since 1982. She is a member of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel, is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has been designated a SuperLawyer (a Thompson Reuters designation) in Business Litigation from 2012-2018. Among her many cases, Ms. Hammerle has represented clients in litigation relating to title issues, oil & gas, boundary disputes, construction disputes, trespass, landlord-tenant, loan default and foreclosure. She has also has represented clients in numerous transaction matters.
Mark Mayer has more than 19 years’ experience representing clients on real estate transaction and litigation matters. He has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration, construction, and mechanics liens. He has drafted and negotiated leases, contracts for sale of residential and commercial property, loan documentation, loan workouts, construction and home improvement contracts. Mr. Mayer serves as a court-appointed Special Commissioner on condemnation cases in Denton County. His unique perspective helps him to advise clients on minimizing risks while pursuing growth.
For more than 40 years, Thad Finley has counseled clients in Real Estate and Business Law. Having served in both private practice and as general counsel, Thad has represented businesses and individuals in purchase and sale transactions, zoning, homeowner’s association matters, leasing issues, loan agreements, and survey issues. Mr. Finley’s clients have included banks, Fortune 500 companies, medium and small business entities and individuals.
