Lending.

We have been involved in large and small, secured and unsecured commercial credit transactions ranging from small loans, to single borrowers, to multimillion dollar complex transactions. These include traditional commercial loans, asset based lending agreements, as well as construction and development loans.

We have assisted clients, large and small, in taking virtually every kind of personal and real property as collateral including accounts, inventory and equipment, intellectual property, real estate, and producing and non-producing oil and gas properties. We strive to finalize a loan transaction in the simplest of structures consistent with our client’s needs, as expeditiously and cost-effectively as possible.

Litigation.

We have represented lenders, including governmental entities, as secured and unsecured creditors in loan restructurings, bankruptcies, foreclosures and liquidations. We have handled collateral recovery, distressed asset sales and recovery from a bankruptcy trustee or debtor-in-possession. If foreclosure or bankruptcy litigation is necessary, we do everything possible to secure maximum collateral recovery.
